Family is her anchor: she’s a proud mom and bonus mom, blending love, laughter, and more ballgames than she can count into every weekend.

When she’s not coaching or creating tools that make project life feel easier, you’ll find her soaking up sunshine, reading a good book, or cheering from the sidelines with her two Goldendoodles close by.

Professionally, Ashley is the Founder and President of LYBL Digital Consulting Inc. — a project leadership firm rooted in real experience, real tools, and real results. She launched LYBL in 2023 to bring her practical approach to more teams, leaders, and “accidental project managers” who are ready to lead with confidence instead of chaos.
