PM Team Coaching

Bring Structure and Consistency to Your Project Management Team

Most PM Teams Don’t Need Better Project Managers.

They Need a Better Structure for How Projects Run.

When every project manager works differently, projects become harder to lead, harder to track, and harder to deliver.

What happens next is predictable:

  • Projects move forward — but slowly

  • Teams duplicate work

  • Leaders lack clear visibility

  • PMs spend their time reacting instead of leading

PM Team Coaching helps your organization introduce a clear project leadership framework so your PMs can lead projects with consistency, clarity, and confidence.

Is this Right for Your Team?

PM Team Coaching is designed for organizations where project managers are capable — but the overall structure around project leadership is inconsistent or unclear.

This work is often the right fit when:

  • Your PMs all manage projects differently

  • Leadership lacks consistent visibility across projects

  • Meetings feel unproductive or repetitive

  • Teams are constantly reacting instead of planning ahead

  • PMs feel overwhelmed by competing priorities

  • Projects move forward, but progress feels slow or chaotic

  • There is no shared structure for risk tracking, actions, or planning

  • PMs spend more time updating than actually leading

If your organization has strong people but inconsistent project leadership practices, this work creates the alignment your team needs.

Engagement Structure

PM Team Coaching is designed as a structured engagement that allows your team to implement real improvements — not just talk about them.

Most organizations see the best results when this work is completed over a 12-week implementation period, giving your PM team time to learn, apply, and refine the structure across real projects.

During this time, we meet regularly to guide your team through the key areas of project leadership.

Your PM team will participate in:

  • 6 Team Coaching Sessions (1 session every two weeks)

  • 90-minute working sessions with your PM team

  • Practical guidance applied directly to current projects

  • Implementation of shared frameworks and structures

  • Q&A and problem-solving on real team challenges

This cadence allows your team to apply what they learn between sessions, ensuring the changes become part of your daily project leadership practices.

Between sessions, your PMs begin implementing the tools and structures

introduced during coaching.

Each session builds on the previous one, gradually strengthening how your team plans, communicates, and leads projects.
